We currently do contract with other company(s) to market or advertise products or services for us. In the future, should this change, we will insist on binding agreements from those companies protecting our client information. We gather personal information from our clients so we can better develop our relationship with those clients. Occasionally, we seek client comments on our products and services. Order Info Privacy and Credit Card Security ----------------------------------------------------We currently use the most current Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to safeguard your information, including your credit card number, during online transactions. We utilize an industry leading 3rd-party e-commerce hosting server that runs detection software to help ensure you are using a secure browser and your information is secure when you check out. If our browser determines you are not using a secure browser, a message will appear at checkout.
To protect your information once your transaction is complete, ISSPRO, INC only stores your order fulfillment information and all credit card / payment information is only available by internal access to a 3rd-party PCI compliant server stored securely behind a firewall and all credit card information is tokenized. There is no external access to this information and its internal access is strictly monitored.
For your protection, never put your credit card number or other sensitive information in email.
We at ISSPRO, INC are secured through industry leading 3rd party hosting servers and most payments gateways available. Your information will be protected by the highest forms of encryption.

EV3 and Multi Gauge Attribute Programmer Location Data Usage ----------------------------------------------------
Our EV3 and Multi Gauge Attribute Programmer applications, available for download on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, must access your location data to detect and connect to local Bluetooth enabled devices. We do not collect or store any personal location data. Please refer to the specific instruction manuals for each product to further understand how we use and handle location data.

----------------------------------------------------Below is a link to the website where ISSPRO will be maintaining machine readable files regarding in-network and out-of-network provider reimbursement amounts for our company sponsored health plans. Providing these files is a Transparency In Coverage requirement under the Consolidated Appropriations Act 2021. These files are for research purposes, and for most people will be incomprehensible without the right software.
The files are also very large, so if someone chooses to open them, it could crash their computer or slow it down for a long time.

By accepting delivery of the products described on that invoice, customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions.
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY (I) UNLESS THE CUSTOMER HAS SIGNED A SEPARATE FORMAL PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH ISSPRO, INC., IN WHICH CASE THE SEPARATE AGREEMENT SHALL GOVERN; OR (II) UNLESS OTHER ISSPRO, INC. STANDARD TERMS APPLY TO THE TRANSACTION.
These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, in ISSPRO, INC.'s sole discretion.
Other Documents: Other than as specifically provided in any separate formal purchase agreement between Customer and ISSPRO, INC., these terms and conditions may NOT be altered, supplemented, or amended by the use of any other document(s). Any attempt to alter, supplement or amend this document or to enter an order for product(s) which is subject to additional or altered terms and conditions will be null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both Customer and ISSPRO, INC..
Governing Law: THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY SALES THEREUNDER SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF OREGON, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES.
Payment Terms; Orders; Quotes; Interest: Terms of payment are within ISSPRO, INC.'s sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by ISSPRO, INC., ISSPRO, INC. must receive payment prior to acceptance of an order. Payment for the products will be made by credit card, wire transfer, or some other prearranged payment method unless credit terms have been agreed to by ISSPRO, INC.. Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on the invoice, measured from the date of the invoice. ISSPRO, INC may invoice parts of an order separately. Orders are not binding upon ISSPRO, INC. until accepted by ISSPRO, INC.. Any quotations given by ISSPRO, INC. will be valid for the period stated on the quotation.
Shipping Charges; Taxes: Shipping and handling will be shown on ISSPRO, INC's invoice(s). Unless Customer provides ISSPRO, INC with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to the product ship-to location prior to ISSPRO, INC.'s acceptance of the order, the customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order, however designated, except for taxes on ISSPRO, INC's net income. If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on ISSPRO, INC's invoice.
Title; Risk of Loss: Title to products passes from ISSPRO, INC to Customer on shipment from ISSPRO, INC's facilities. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Customer is Customer's responsibility. Title to software will remain with the applicable licensor(s).
Warranties, Service and Support: THE LIMITED WARRANTIES, SERVICE AND SUPPORT (WARANTIES) APPLICABLE TO PRODUCTS SOLD BY ISSPRO, INC ARE INCLUDED ON THE BOTTOM OF THE INVOICE ALONG WITH THE PRODUCTS AND CAN ALSO BE LOCATED ON-LINE. ISSPRO, INC. MAKES NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES EXCEPT THOSE STATED IN ISSPRO, INC.'S APPLICABLE POLICIES IN EFFECT ON THE DATE OF THE INVOICE. ANY SUCH STATEMENTS WILL BE EFFECTIVE, AND ISSPRO, INC. WILL BE OBLIGATED TO HONOR ANY SUCH WARRANTIES, ONLY UPON ISSPRO, INC.'S RECEIPT OF PAYMENT IN FULL FOR THE ITEM TO BE WARRANTED.
Limitation of Liability: ISSPRO, INC. DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE OR FOR LOST OR CORRUPTED DATA OR SOFTWARE. ISSPRO, INC.
