Return Policy:

You may return most new, unopened items purchased directly from ISSPRO or ISSPRO.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. *Return of customized products, such as gauges or fuel senders are not allowed* If you purchased your item through one of our distributors, please contact the distributor you purchased from to initiate return.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and may be assessed a repackaging fee as well if determined needed/required by ISSPRO.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return and why you are returning. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


 

Shipping:

ISSPRO uses UPS for shipping via our website. If you preferred a different method of shipping (USPS priority mail or FedEx) please call ISSPRO directly to place your order over the phone.
Via our website, we ship to the lower 48 states, plus Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping cannot be calculated via the website. For international shipping quotes, please contact ISSPRO directly with your order and shipping information.

*Please note, international shipping quotes do not include any customs brokerage, duties, or taxes that may be owed upon delivery. Costs quoted will reflect shipping only.*


 

ISSPRO Inc Warranty policy

All ISSPRO products have a one-year warranty from purchase date.

Standard/Classic Standard Parts warranty:

Obtain an RGA (returned goods authorization) number from ISSPRO for the product or products you wish to send in for warranty consideration.
*Please note, if you did not purchase your items directly from ISSPRO or ISSPRO.com, please contact the distributor you purchased through to start the warranty process*
Call Aftermarket Sales/Customer Service at 1-800-888-8065, ext. 3417 or 3425, or email aftermarket@isspro.com to obtain your RGA number to send in products for warranty testing.
**PLEASE NOTE THAT ISSPRO DOES NOT INCLUDE OR PROVIDE RETURN SHIPPING LABELS TO SEND IN ITEMS TO BE CHECKED FOR WARRANTY CONSIDERATION**
Once you have obtained your return number, please return your item(s) to ISSPRO at 2515 NE Riverside Way, Portland, OR 97211 with your RGA number clearly written on the package you are returning your item(s) in. Packages that are not clearly marked with the RGA number will experience a delay in processing the item for warranty.
If items are found to be defective by ISSPRO a replacement part will be sent out at no charge. No refunds will be issued.
If items returned are tested at ISSPRO and found to be operating within spec, your parts will be returned to you via priority mail through USPS at no charge.
Once the return authorization number has been issued, you will receive an email confirmation from jen@isspro.com with instructions on how to return the product. Please include any notes about the issue you were having with the product as well as contact information to contact you at in case ISSPRO tech needs to call and get more details about the issue you are experiencing along with a copy of the RGA confirmation paperwork in with the product(s) being returned for warranty consideration.
**PLEASE NOTE, IF INSTRUCTIONS LISTED ON CONFIRMATION ARE NOT FOLLOWED, THE ITEM WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REJECTED AND RETURNED TO YOU.**

 




 


 

Warranty procedure for EVA and EVM standard gauges:

Refer to the appropriate troubleshooting guide for your EV style gauge to help determine what has failed; i.e. amp box, sensor, or gauge head.
*If you need more technical assistance after working through the troubleshooting guide for your gauge, please call ISSPRO tech support at 1-800-888-8065, ext. 3402. Tech is available 9A-1P PDT, Mon-Fri.*
Once you have determined, via the troubleshooting guide, what item in your gauge kit needs to be replaced, call ISSPRO aftermarket sales and customer service to order the correct replacement part. Please note that if your warranty falls outside the 1-year period, replacement parts will be offered at a reduced cost to help you out. Email aftermarket@isspro.com for your warranty consideration.

Once a replacement part is received, customer is responsible for scrapping defective parts. Do not return to ISSPRO.

Go through our EV² troubleshooting guide to narrow down the issue you are experiencing with your gauge kit. The EV² troubleshooting guide can be viewed on our website under the Service & Tech Support menu on the homepage.
Once you have gone through the troubleshooting steps and have determined or narrowed down the issue to determine which component from the kit needs to be replaced, contact the distributor you purchased the item through to begin the warranty process for the replacement part needed. If you purchased directly from ISSPRO or ISSPRO.com, please contact ISSPRO for the warranty to begin the warranty process.

 

Warranty steps for Performax:

Go through the Performax troubleshooting guide, which can be found on our website under the Service and Tech support menu on the homepage. Once you have completed the troubleshooting steps and have determined or narrowed down the issue to determine which component needs to be replaced, contact the distributor that you purchased the item through to begin the warranty process for the replacement part needed. If you purchased through ISSPRO or ISSPRO.com, please contact ISSPRO directly to begin the warranty process.

 

Warranty for EV² Multi-gauges:

Use the EV² troubleshooting guide to diagnose any issues that you believe are sensor related. The EV3 line of gauges uses the same sensor part numbers as the EV² series, including the EV² multi-gauge series.
Once you have gone through the troubleshooting steps and have determined or narrowed down the issue to determine which component from the kit needs to be replaced, contact the distributor you purchased the item through to begin the warranty process for the replacement part needed.
